  Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operation Research, Systems Engineering with 17 months of experience; Analyze processes using RCSA framework to prioritize risk exposures, identify gaps, and monitor actions taken to address them; Conduct RCSAs on a quarterly basis and submit reports to the Risk Management Function for review; Analyze data using statistical methods to support data-driven decision-making; Perform process engineering, including mapping processes with Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) using Microsoft Visio; coordinate the process of data collection, process improvement project with business managers, LOB professionals as well as Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
